1. Introduction & Processing Times
At SaiyanCapital LLC, we understand that the anticipation of receiving your new collectible is a huge part of the fun. Our shipping and fulfillment process is meticulously designed to get your order from our warehouse to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing: For all orders containing in-stock items, our standard processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). This is the time it takes for our team to carefully pick, inspect, and pack your order for shipment.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items: Items that are on pre-order or backorder will ship once they arrive at our warehouse. The estimated release date is listed on the product page, but please note these dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped complete when the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
2. Domestic Shipping Within the United States
We are proud to offer reliable shipping services across all 50 states from our operational hub in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We partner with major carriers to provide a range of options at checkout.
Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, and FedEx. The specific carriers and services offered will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your package.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Our most economical option. Typically handled by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground/FedEx Ground.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the package’s destination, weight, dimensions, and the shipping service you select. We do not offer free shipping on all orders but may run periodic promotions that include free or discounted shipping.
3. International Shipping
We are thrilled to serve the global community of anime collectors. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping Carriers: International orders are primarily shipped via USPS First Class International Package Service and USPS Priority Mail International. For heavier packages or faster delivery, we may also offer FedEx International Economy or DHL Express Worldwide.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times:
International delivery times can vary significantly based on destination, customs processing, and the service level chosen.

USPS First Class International: 10-20 Business Days. This is the most affordable option but does not include detailed tracking once it leaves the U.S.

USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days. Includes tracking and is more reliable.

Courier Services (FedEx/DHL): 3-7 Business Days. Offers the fastest transit times and full, detailed tracking from pickup to delivery.
International Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. They are based on the destination country and the total weight and dimensions of your package. These costs can be significant, especially for larger or heavier items.
4. Crucial Information for International Customers
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:

SaiyanCapital LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities of your country.

We are legally required to declare the accurate value of the contents on the customs form. We cannot underdeclare the value or mark items as “gifts” to avoid fees, as this is illegal.

Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges and policies before placing an international order.
Order Restrictions: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their country. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all local import laws and regulations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
What to do if your tracking information isn’t updating:
Carrier tracking systems are not always real-time. It is normal for there to be a 24-48 hour delay in updates, especially for international shipments going through customs. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at goku1986888@gmail.com with your order number, and we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at goku1986888@gmail.com. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
7. Package Insurance & Lost/Damaged Shipments
Package Insurance: For high-value orders, we may automatically include insurance. For standard orders, insurance is not automatically included. If you would like to insure your package against loss or damage in transit, please contact us before you complete your purchase, and we can add insurance for an additional fee.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. A replacement or refund will be issued only after the carrier has confirmed the package is lost and our claim is approved.
Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and the product itself. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement if available.
