2. Are your products authentic and officially licensed?

Yes, absolutely. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against bootlegs or counterfeit goods. Every single item we sell is 100% officially licensed by the respective rights holders (such as Bandai, Banpresto, etc.) and sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of every product in our inventory.

3. Where is SaiyanCapital located? Do you have a physical store?

Our company headquarters and operational warehouse are located at:
1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE, STE N, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110, USA.
Currently, we operate exclusively as an e-commerce business. This allows us to maintain lower overhead costs, which translates into better prices for our customers, and to focus all our resources on perfecting the online shopping and shipping process. We do not have a public retail storefront.

Yes! We are proud to serve collectors worldwide. We ship to most countries across the globe. During checkout, you can enter your address to see specific shipping options and costs for your location.

5. What brands and product lines do you carry?

We specialize in figures and model kits from renowned Japanese manufacturers. Our primary brands include:

  • Bandai Spirits (S.H.Figuarts, FiguartsZERO, Ichibansho)

6. What is the difference between a “pre-order” and an “in-stock” item?

  • In-Stock: These items are physically present in our warehouse and are ready to be shipped immediately after your order is processed.

  • Pre-Order: These are items that have been announced but have not yet been released by the manufacturer. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a copy from our initial shipment. You will not be charged until the item is in our stock and ready to ship. Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change.

7. Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage. Once we receive the stock and begin preparing your order for shipment, cancellations may not be possible. To cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

8. Why is there a price difference between similar figures?

The price of a figure is determined by several factors, including:

  • Size and Scale: Larger figures generally cost more.

  • Complexity and Articulation: Highly articulated figures (like S.H.Figuarts) or those with complex sculpts and dynamic bases are more expensive to produce.

III. Ordering Process

9. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our shop and add your desired items to the cart.

  2. Click on the cart icon and review your items.

  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information.

  4. Select your preferred shipping method.

  5. Choose your payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and enter your details securely via our Stripe payment gateway.

  6. Review your order and click “Place Order.” You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

10. How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website (if you created one) to view your order history and status.

11. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at goku1986888@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we may be able to correct the address. However, once a shipping label has been created or the package has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee we can change the address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

12. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet been processed for fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the packing and shipping pipeline.

Most in-stock orders are processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 1-2 business days of order placement. Pre-orders will ship once the product arrives at our warehouse, and you will be notified via email.

20. What are my shipping options and costs?

Shipping options and costs vary depending on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. You can see all available options and their respective costs during the checkout process after entering your shipping address.

21. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

22. My tracking hasn’t updated in a while. What should I do?

Sometimes, there can be a delay in tracking updates from the carrier. If it has been more than 5 business days with no movement, please contact us at goku1986888@gmail.com with your order number, and we will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

23. Do you offer package insurance?

For high-value orders, we may automatically include insurance. For standard orders, if you are concerned about potential loss or damage during transit, please contact us before placing your order, and we can discuss adding insurance for an additional fee.

24. What is your policy on customs and import taxes for international orders?

SaiyanCapital LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are legally required to declare the accurate value of the contents on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or underdeclare the value.


VI. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

25. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our detailed Refund and Return Policy can be found on its dedicated page, but here are the key points:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • The manufacturer’s box must be in pristine condition.

  • You must contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    Returns for “change of mind” are the responsibility of the customer to ship back, and a restocking fee may apply.

26. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
